Our insurance requires that each jumper have a release of liability waiver completed each time you come to use the facility. Unfortunately, we are unable to “keep these on file” for you, but you can print one out here, fill in all of the required info (except the date, have them photocopied) and keep a stash of them at home. Then just bring one with you when you come to Jump-2-It! with the date filled in at that time.
